Limited stock of products or services. In hotels there is not an infinite number of  rooms, in the same way that in airplanes or other means of transport the places are limited.

A low cost service. The average cost should not be very high, taking into account the variable costs (CV) and the fixed costs (CF).

Expiration.  If the product is not sold today, it will not be sold tomorrow. For example, if you keep a room empty for one night, there will be no profits.

Booking. It is significant for your business to apply a  Channel Manager (CM) or Proyect Management System (PMS).

Market Segmentation. There must be different strategies for different types of markets.
